BEJU operates as a marketplace and intermediary platform.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
BEJU does not own the products listed by third-party sellers.
BEJU is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, or distributor of listed products.
BEJU does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, condition, legality, or ownership of products listed by users.
Transactions and agreements between buyers and sellers are conducted at their own responsibility.
BEJU does not automatically become a party to agreements between buyers and sellers.
Users should independently verify the identity of sellers, product details, authenticity, and transaction conditions before proceeding with any purchase.
To use BEJU, you must:
Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Comply with applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.
Use the platform for lawful purposes.
Users under the age of 18 may use the platform only with appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement, where applicable.

Jewelry brands.
Watch sellers.
Other businesses offering permitted products.
Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their advertisements are accurate, complete, and not misleading.
Each listing should include relevant information such as:
Product name.
Product description.
Asking price.
Product condition.
Relevant materials or specifications.
Authenticity information, where applicable.
Clear and accurate photographs.
Any material defects or limitations.
Sellers must not deliberately conceal important information about a product.
By publishing an advertisement, the seller confirms that:
They own the product or have appropriate authorization to offer it.
They have the legal right to sell or advertise the product.
The listing does not violate another party's rights.
The product is not unlawfully obtained.
BEJU may request additional information or remove listings where ownership or legality is reasonably questioned.
Users must not publish listings involving:
Counterfeit jewelry or watches.
Stolen goods.
Products unlawfully obtained.
Fraudulent or misleading advertisements.
Products prohibited by applicable law.
Items infringing intellectual property rights.
Listings containing malicious or deceptive content.
BEJU may remove prohibited listings and take appropriate action against accounts involved.
BEJU provides a platform for listing and discovering jewelry and watches.
BEJU does not guarantee that every product listed on the platform is authentic, genuine, or accurately represented.
Unless BEJU explicitly identifies a product or seller as verified under a defined verification program:
No verification status should be assumed.
Seller claims about authenticity should be independently assessed.
Buyers should request appropriate documentation when relevant.
Buyers should exercise caution before making payments or transferring valuable goods.
BEJU prohibits the listing of counterfeit products.
If BEJU receives a report or identifies reasonable indications of counterfeit activity, it may:
Temporarily hide the listing.
Request supporting documentation.
Suspend the seller's account.
Remove the listing.
Take further action where appropriate.
BEJU does not guarantee that it will detect every counterfeit product or prevent every fraudulent listing.
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before engaging in a transaction.
Before purchasing, buyers should consider:
Seller identity and reputation.
Product authenticity.
Product condition.
Price and payment arrangements.
Delivery or collection arrangements.
Return and refund terms agreed with the seller.
Relevant supporting documents.
Buyers should not rely solely on photographs, descriptions, or statements published in a listing.
BEJU does not guarantee that a buyer will receive a product, obtain a refund, or successfully resolve a dispute with a seller.
BEJU may allow buyers and sellers to communicate directly through available contact features.
These communications may include inquiries regarding:

Product specifications.
Authenticity.
Payment arrangements.
Delivery or collection.
Unless BEJU explicitly provides an integrated transaction service, the parties are responsible for arranging and completing their transactions independently.
BEJU does not automatically control:
Payment processing.
Delivery.
Product inspection.
Product ownership transfer.
Refunds.
Returns.
Disputes between buyers and sellers.
Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information unnecessarily.
Users should report suspicious listings, fraudulent behavior, or potential scams to:
BEJU may investigate reports and take appropriate action, but does not guarantee that every reported incident will result in recovery of funds or resolution.
Users may publish advertisements according to the listing limits and conditions of their selected subscription package.
By submitting an advertisement, you confirm that:
The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You have the right to upload the submitted content.
The content does not violate these Terms.
The listing does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading claims.
BEJU reserves the right to reject, modify, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
BEJU may offer free and paid subscription packages.
The features, listing limits, duration, and prices of each package will be displayed on the platform at the time of purchase.
Depending on the selected package, users may receive:
A specified number of active advertisements.
A defined advertisement duration.
Featured advertisement benefits, where available.
Other features described in the relevant subscription package.
Subscription limits and benefits are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions become active according to the platform's applicable activation process.
Users are responsible for reviewing the package details before completing payment.
BEJU may modify subscription prices, features, limits, or package availability.
Changes should not retroactively remove benefits already purchased, except where permitted by applicable law or necessary due to fraud, misuse, technical errors, or other legally valid circumstances.
Certain subscription plans may include featured advertisement benefits.
Featured placement may provide increased visibility or a designated position within parts of the platform.
However:
Featured placement does not guarantee sales.
Featured placement does not guarantee a specific number of views or inquiries.
BEJU may adjust placement based on platform design, technical limitations, and operational requirements.
Featured advertisements must comply with these Terms.
Payment terms, accepted payment methods, applicable fees, and any refund conditions will be communicated through the platform or relevant purchase process.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by BEJU:
Subscription fees may be non-refundable after activation or use.
Unused listing capacity does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
Subscription cancellation does not necessarily result in reimbursement for the remaining period.
The final refund policy should be reviewed by a Lebanese lawyer and aligned with the payment provider's terms and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Where BEJU uses third-party payment providers, payments may be subject to those providers' separate terms and conditions.
BEJU is not responsible for failures caused by third-party payment processors, subject to applicable law.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to BEJU, including:
Photographs.
Product descriptions.
Logos.
Videos.
Other submitted materials.
By uploading content, you grant LYVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, and improve BEJU.
This license includes displaying listings on the platform and promoting BEJU advertisements through its marketing channels, subject to applicable law and any separately agreed restrictions.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
LYVE may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All intellectual property relating to BEJU, including where applicable:
BEJU's name and branding.
Logos.
Website design.
Platform software.
Original text.
Graphics.
Platform features.
is owned by or licensed to LYVE, unless otherwise stated.
Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit BEJU's intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
The BEJU name and logo may not be used in a manner that suggests an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.
Users must not:
Use BEJU for unlawful activities.
Publish fraudulent or misleading advertisements.
Upload counterfeit or stolen product listings.
Impersonate another person or business.
Manipulate platform functionality.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
Use automated tools to scrape or collect platform data without authorization.
Interfere with the security or operation of BEJU.
Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
Use the platform to distribute malicious software.
Circumvent subscription limits or platform restrictions.
Upload content that infringes third-party rights.
BEJU may take appropriate action, including listing removal, account suspension, or termination.
BEJU may collect and process personal information required to operate the platform, including information associated with:
Account registration.
Seller listings.
Buyer inquiries.
Customer support.
Subscription purchases.
Platform security.
Personal data will be handled according to BEJU's Privacy Policy and applicable Lebanese laws.
Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how their information is collected, used, stored, and shared.
A separate Privacy Policy should be published alongside these Terms & Conditions.
BEJU may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms.
These third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
LYVE does not control or guarantee the availability, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Users access third-party services at their own discretion and responsibility.
LYVE will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of BEJU.
However, the platform may experience interruptions due to:
Maintenance.
Technical problems.
Hosting or infrastructure failures.
Internet disruptions.
Security incidents.
Events beyond LYVE's reasonable control.
LYVE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BEJU is provided on an "as available" basis.
LYVE does not guarantee that:
All listings are accurate.
All sellers are legitimate.
All products are authentic.
Products will meet a buyer's expectations.
A listing will generate inquiries or sales.
Transactions will be completed successfully.
Users will recover money lost through a third-party transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYVE shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:
Transactions between buyers and sellers.
Inaccurate or fraudulent listings submitted by users.
Product defects or authenticity disputes.
Unauthorized conduct of third parties.
Platform interruptions.
Loss of data or content.
This provision does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit any mandatory rights available to consumers.
The precise scope of this clause should be reviewed by Lebanese legal counsel.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold LYVE harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Their violation of these Terms.
Their unlawful use of BEJU.
Their submitted content.
Their infringement of third-party rights.
Their transactions or disputes with other users.
This clause applies subject to applicable legal limitations.
LYVE may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary due to:
Violation of these Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Prohibited listings.
Security concerns.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Misuse of the platform.
Where appropriate, LYVE may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.
BEJU encourages users to resolve disputes directly where possible.
Users may report platform-related concerns to:
LYVE may review complaints and take platform-related action within its authority.
However, LYVE does not guarantee resolution of disputes involving independent buyers and sellers.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
Any dispute concerning these Terms or the use of BEJU shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lebanon, subject to applicable law.
The appropriate court jurisdiction and dispute resolution wording should be confirmed by Lebanese legal counsel based on LYVE's registered location and business structure.
LYVE may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published on the BEJU website with a revised effective date.
Where legally required, users will receive appropriate notice of material changes.
Continued use of BEJU following the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific BEJU services, constitute the agreement between the user and LYVE regarding use of the platform, subject to applicable law.
